**Contact Centre Advisor**

**This phone based role is in our business development team.**

**The Role**:

- Making and receiving outbound/inbound calls from Vauxhall customers for appointments including servicing, repairs, diagnostic work & MOTs.
- Building a rapport with customers while identifying what assistance or information they require.
- Advising customers on warranty related matters.
- Explaining the benefits to customers of signing up to a Service Plan.
- Managing customer calls and enquiries professionally.
- Successfully upselling when possible.
- Rewarding commission structure in place.
- Contributing to a positive working and team environment.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Excellent communication skills, especially a polite and patient telephone manner
- Maths and English GCSE, Scottish Standard Grades or equivalent, grade 1-3
- Self-confident; positive and proactive approach to work
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Computer literate including Microsoft Office

Full training will be provided & there are further career opportunities within the group.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
