JC Metalworks in Loughborough are looking for a Commercial Apprentice to join the team. The Apprentice will get to experience and spend time across departments such as accounts, finance, estimating, marketing, purchasing and project management which will allow them to gain a good understanding of the business and how it works

As a Commercial Apprentice, you will learn the fundamental aspects of the commercial department and assist with ensuring our customer journey is as smooth as possible.

**Qualifications**:

- GCSE or equivalent Maths and English (Grade Grade C / 4 or equivalent) Essential**What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?**:
Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, the individual will become an integral part of the commercial team taking on a customer facing role as a Trainee Estimator or in _Client_ Support.

This will create a good foundation for a longer-term career path in estimating, business development, account management etc.

In year 2 your salary will increase to £18,525. 31 days holiday entitlement including bank holidays. (plus 2 extra days long service entitlement)

Additional training to take place at Loughborough College to develop knowledge, skills, and behaviours to accordance to this Apprenticeship. Please ensure you are able to travel before applying.
