Breakdown Assistance Call Handlers

Our client is a Commercal Vehicle Recovery company specialising in commercial vehicle servicing and repair, and roadside assistance.

We are looking to recruit Call Handlers to join an exisiting team either permanent day and night shifts.

Dutiies will include:

- Handling customer breakdown calls
- Organising Mechanics to attend breakdowns
- Booking vehicles into Workshop for repairs and servicing
- Using R2C and Apex computer systems
- Keeping on op of company's own fleet of 30 vehicles

Skills and Experience required:

- Previous experience within the Commercial or Recovery field
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate.

Hours of work as follows:
Days: 6am to 6pm working 5 days on/3 days off on a rolling basis.

Nights: 6pm to 6am as above.

Starting salary £32k per annum, rising with experience.
