- To be fully responsible for all company business within the defined
- territory & market segment. This will include:

- 1. Meeting the personal performance targets set by the Company
- as the minimum acceptable standard
- 2. Acting as an ambassador for RMD Kwikform at all times
- 3. Building strong and profitable relationships with customers & the
- decision making influencers within the sales process
- 4. Creating new, profitable revenue streams by prospecting
- existing & target customers within the target sector
- 5. Taking quality enquiries that allow the RMD Kwikform
- Engineering, Operations & Customer Services disciplines to
- meet our Customer’s expectations
- RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attaining Sales Targets in line with company expectations.
- Managing the Sales Process and Pipeline within their area/sector
- Covering the Sales Territory Effectively in line with company procedure
- Managing Customers Orders, Enquiries efficiently and accurately
- Reporting Activities, keeping appropriate Records and confirming to the Company Administration System.
- Understanding fully the Products and Services of RMDK
- Maintaining professional personal standards (maintaining a professional appearance, wearing appropriate clothes for the situation whilst at work so as to conform with Health & Safety Regulations.)
