**The Role**:
We are excited to be continuing our expansion across the UK People Team and are looking for a dynamic, well-organised **HR Advisor**.

**Introduction**

As an **HR Advisor** at A-Safe, you'll be a **true generalis**t and responsible for supporting the People team by ensuring all aspects of people processes within the team are run effectively & efficiently. You will provide an all-round, exceptional service to our colleagues and People Managers will all HR related activities within our HQ

As a committed and dynamic **HR Advisor,** we are seeking an ambitious individual who is looking to step into a role which offers much more than just exposure to Employee Relations and a clear career path into a more business partnering type role.

No two days are ever the same at A-Safe, and you will adapt to the needs of the business, working closely with the dedicated HRBP in the functional business area to identify and deliver against priorities. In this business HR does not fit into a neat box, you must be happy and able to turn your hand to anything people related and be confident in your communication with our People Managers. The key here is to ensure HR is an enabler, who facilitates, drives and supports our leaders.

There is so much opportunity to get involved in some truly fascinating projects all centred on driving growth and scalability. We are looking for a HR Generalist who is looking to make an impact. You might be a HR Advisor ready to step into something bigger or be looking for a new, pacy environment to flex your generalist skillset.
- HR generalist experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills, commercial acumen, and experience in business partnering.
- Ability to translate strategy into and drive actionable people plans, with excellent facilitation skills.
- Ideally CIPD qualified or qualified by experience.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Oracle HR experience is desirable.
