**Hours of work**: Monday to Friday (9am-5pm).

**Salary**: Depending on experience

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support the growth of Fieldmotion Ltd.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Fieldmotion Ltd's products and services.
- Create engaging and compelling content for various marketing channels, including website, blog, social media, and marketing collateral.
- Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive conversions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Track and analyse marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to support marketing initiatives as needed.

**Essential Criteria**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in marketing roles, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience using PPC within Google, Bing, LinkedIn and Facebook
- Previous experience using third-party eMarketing tools e.g., Mailchimp.
- Previous experience using a CMS e.g., WordPress.
- Experience in design tools such as Adobe CC including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Spark.
- Knowledge of SEO & PPC strategies.

**Desirable Criteria**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content tailored to different audiences and channels.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience working in the technology or software industry is preferred.
