**Your main responsibilities**
**What you'll be doing**
- Answering the phone and responding to client requests and inquiries.
- Providing administrative and organisational support.
- Liaising with suppliers, haulers & 3PL storage companies.
- Preparing paperwork for the operational team and despatch orders from system.
- Tracking inventory and report results.
- Maintaining incumbent finished stock.
- Supporting the stock control team with responsibilities as and when required.
- Managing bookings, stock files and day-to-day support in the despatch office.
**What key skills would be desirable**
- Great numeracy skills.
- Computer literate (MS office, data entry)
- On point communication skills.
- Organised and methodical.
- Attention for detail.
- Previous stock control experience would be beneficial.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £27,300.00 per year
