**YOUR ROLE**:

- Join Henkel’s Industrial Adhesives team as a Channel Marketing Graduate.
- You will make an impact through co-developing marketing structures that develop our existing channel partner network across the UK & Nordics region.
- Take over content creation for all our Marketing calendar social events, including organising cross-platform content strategies
- You will develop new social media campaigns from the ground up, considering our partners needs and their specific industry focus’
- Perform research into our clients’ industries and provide actionable tips and advice for expanding their reach in the digital space.
- You can assist with capturing and analysing social media metrics.
- Prospect support through preferred digital channels (LinkedIn)
- You can shape your career with trainings, rotation, and development programs while enjoying several employee benefits, we have at Henkel.

**YOUR SKILLS**:

- You should graduate (before September 2024 and no more than two years prior) with a Bachelor, Masters (or equivalent) degree in Business or Marketing
- Understanding of electronics industries would be an additional benefit (but not mandatory)
- Familiarity with social media strategies and platforms (especially LinkedIn)
- Ability to multi-task and take initiative
- Ability to be self-driven with forward thinking ideas that can develop our already strong strategy
- Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly
- Experience with content creation a plus, even if not professionally
- Positivity and a high energy level
