EMEA Payroll Administrator - based in the Hemel Hempstead Office - Hybrid model working once successful completion of induction and training

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a passionate individual to join the EMEA Payroll Manager to support the transition of all Payrolls to the ADP Platform and continue BAU.

Initially, this role will be integral assisting the EMEA Payroll Manager with processing the Payroll across the EMEA region where we do business. The countries we currently cover in EMEA are as follows: UK, Germany, Israel, Poland, Italy, France, Spain, Belgium, Netherlands, Switzerland and Denmark.

JOB FUNCTIONS:
The below is a list of non-exhaustive job functions:

- Processing all starters, leavers, change forms using our system
- Processing/calculating holiday, SSP, SMP, SPP payments and statutory deductions
- On-going compliance such as P45s and starter checklists etc.
- Completion of end of year compliance including P60s.
- Ensure that staff records are updated regularly in accordance with any changes
- Processing of data regarding salaries, including bonus additions, yearly increases, and other salary related changes, and adjust them where required
- Responding to payroll queries
- Assisting in payroll and pension submissions and other payroll returns
- Processing of all A1/Other travel documents within EMEA Regions
- Management of Employee Benefits such as PMI and CCV’s
- Management of Time and Attendance system
- Reporting of Sickness and Holidays to HR/Management
- Assistance in preparation of all EMEA Payroll Journals
- General filing and office duties as and when required
- Providing support for payroll projects

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

ESSENTIAL
- Ability to maintain employee confidence and protect payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
- Good organisation, multi-tasking and planning ability
- Good problem-solving skills
- Proven attention to detail
- Committed to delivering to tight deadlines.
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word & Outlook

DESIRABLE
- Previous Experience of ADP Payroll and T&E Systems
- Exposure of Sarbanes Oxley
- Previous Experience of working in a multi-national environment
- Previous Finance Shared Service Centre experience
- Other language skills (oral and written)
- Experience of working with a fully integrated ERP system

**Qualifications**

QUALIFICATIONS
- A levels or European equivalent diploma
- Desirable, finance qualification or iCMA
