Head Gardener

Kin House is a new private hire events venue in Wiltshire. With twelve bedrooms, a 200-guest dining capacity, and set of over 10 acres of grounds, Kin House has been designed to marry the flexibility and creativity of the events industry, with the customer experience of an amazing hotel stay. We intend to lead the industry by creating the most exciting new venue in the UK for private and corporate events.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and other manuals and documents
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions from the General Manager
- May be required to work outside of normal work hours
- Direct the work of subcontractors and employees.
- Assign maintenance tasks to personnel and monitor them to ensure the tasks are completed correctly and on schedule.
- Understand the functions of landscaping
- Maintain good relationships with clients and subcontractors.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
