Las principales áreas de responsabilidad son proporcionar un servicio de comercialización de materias primas (energía, gas y CO2) / ruta al mercado para los activos y la cartera de contratos de ScottishPower en Europa, con especial atención al Reino Unido. Esto se consigue negociando activamente para mantener un alto rendimiento y cumplir o superar los objetivos financieros.

El equipo proporciona opiniones expertas sobre el mercado a las partes interesadas y desarrolla estrategias de cobertura para la cartera junto con el equipo de optimización de la cartera. Además, la persona debe proponer estructuras y productos para maximizar las exposiciones de riesgo/recompensa e interactuar con la negociación operativa por turnos para garantizar un despacho óptimo. Todas las actividades de negociación se llevan a cabo de acuerdo con las buenas prácticas, las políticas de riesgo globales y cualquier normativa financiera pertinente que se aplique, por ejemplo, la FCA en el Reino Unido.

**_¿Qué vas a hacer?_**

Coordinar la ejecución de coberturas en toda la mesa de operaciones e interactuar con el equipo de optimización de carteras para establecer estrategias de cobertura, supervisar los níveles activados y realizar un seguimiento de las operaciones de cobertura. Garantizar que todas las órdenes se cubren en el momento oportuno y en los níveles de activación correctos y proporcionar un servicio de negociación de materias primas / ruta al mercado para la cartera de activos y contratos de ScottishPower en el Reino Unido y, en caso necesario, en Europa Continental.

Proporcionar formación y orientación en materia de negociación para desarrollar las capacidades y mantener el rendimiento del equipo de energía del Reino Unido, incluida la formación de los operadores más jóvenes.

Garantizar que los procesos de negociación y las actividades operativas sean eficientes y satisfagan las necesidades del negocio, y que se lleven a cabo de conformidad con las políticas y procedimientos de riesgo del Grupo y los requisitos normativos pertinentes, incluidos, entre otros, la FCA, REMIT, MIFID 2 y EMIR.

Gestionar los cambios en el entorno comercial provocados por iniciativas como la introducción de nuevos sistemas informáticos, acuerdos comerciales reglamentarios y normas contables para garantizar el cumplimiento y el rendimiento continuado.

**_¿Qué estamos buscando?_**
- Licenciatura preferiblemente en una disciplina numérica junto con amplios conocimientos comerciales y experiência en mercados de materias primas cruzadas u otra experiência comercial relacionada con la energía.
- Habilidades de negociación y capacidad para tomar decisiones equilibradas bajo presión. Aportará una gran capacidad de gestión del rendimiento y de entrega, así como sólidos conocimientos informáticos de Excel, Word, software de negociación de materias primas (por ejemplo, Reuters, Bloomberg, Trayport) u otro software de negociación y/o gestión de riesgos.
