Whilst the role is based in Llantrisant, cover will be required for our Swansea Clinic.

**Role Requirements**:
To chaperone the scanning or examining of patients when requested.

To escort patients to treatment areas

To ensure that the appropriate medical records are maintained.

To collect patient fees and enter details on to the patient management system.

To act as the information point for the patients, sending them information packs when required.

To prepare clinic lists and retrieve the necessary paperwork

To scan paperwork on to patient files

To type clinic/GP letters and any other correspondence

To ensure clinic paperwork is stocked up daily

To ensure clinic reception/waiting area is clean and tidy

To keep updated with the Company’s range of treatments and pricing.

To constructively work as part of a team, sharing ideas, knowledge and resources to help provide first class customer service.

To contribute positively to your own personal development through participation in coaching, training, and job shadowing.

To maintain patient contact and schedule patient follow up calls, managing an up to date list of prospects.

To act in accordance with the Data Protection Act and to act in accordance with HFEA regulation and requirements

**Person Requirements**:
Excellent communication, diplomatic and organisational skills.

Excellent time management skills.

The ability to work under pressure and with personnel from all different levels.

The ability to deal with difficult situations.

Experience in a healthcare setting would be desirable but not essential.

An appreciation and the upholding of confidentiality is essential.

**Job Type**: Part Time 18- 27 hours per week.

Weekend work on a rotational basis is required. (approx 1 weekend in 4)

Bank holiday rotation required

Salary based on previous experience.
