Training Coordinator

This role is Inside IR35.

Location: Min 4 days per week at Onsite (Cumbria)

Contract Length: 12 months

**Duties**:

- Maintain accurate training records in OPMS and paper records to
- demonstrate compliance.
- Track training needs and training qualifications and provide proactive
- training prompts for training needs, training events, etc.
- Schedule training bases on personnel’s current demand and continuing training.
- Create and maintain meaningful and visible training reports and KPI’s as required.
- Alert training lead/manager to training issues.
- Provide training system advice, guidance and training.
- Perform self-checks and self-assessments.
- Maintain positive and effective working relationships with team, colleagues and customers.

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills
- Good IT skills and use of Microsoft Suite
- Experience in Customer System
- Business Administration qualification

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £18.11 per hour
