**JOB TITLE**
Service Coordinator
**REPORTING LINE**
Service Manager
**MAIN OBJECTIVES**
To assist with the management and coordination of daily operational activities within our Service Department
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
**(please note this is not an exhaustive list of duties but represents the main requirements of the role)**
To enter Service activities onto the Pinntec management system
To enter Service activities onto our customer’s management system
To create and raise orders on the Pinntec finance system
To check and chase customer Purchase Orders
To answer telephone calls into the Service department and direct or actions calls appropriately
To appropriately respond and action e mails received into the Service department
To schedule and book Pinntec resource and 3rd Party resource to complete Service work on our customer’s premises
To keep stock management systems up to date
To create and update “how to” guides
Ensure all contact with customers is conducted with respect and professionalism to all concerned.
Engage positively with customers onsite employees, providing training and support as appropriate
To be aware of and follow the company’s published Health & Safety Policy, maintaining individual duty of care to all concerned.
To be prepared to take on any other role or work in any other area of the business as circumstances may dictate.
**PERSON SPECIFICATION**
**EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE**
Previous experience in a Project based or Operational Service Role would be advantageous
**TECHNICAL SKILLS**
Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook

**Salary**: £12,000.00-£14,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 per week
