**Location: Staverton**

**Hours and Shift pattern;**

The regular shift pattern is Monday-Friday. Shift times can be flexible with an individual starting from 6am through to 9.30am, and finishing at 2.30pm through to 6pm depending on start time. Friday is a little different with only a 5-hour shift. Working times can also vary depending on training/preference.

**Salary: Attractive (above local average - increase after training)**

**The role**:
You will be working as a Production Operative, and your main tasks will revolve around Conditioning Diamond Tool Profiles within super precision tolerances working with precise grinding processes. You will follow a training programme and gain suitable knowledge and skills to use the high precision measuring equipment.
