Inbound German Speaking Team Leader

A global contact center based in Ringwood, Hampshire is looking to recruit a full time Inbound German Team Leader to manage a team of German & English speaking consultants and ensure Agents are providing an excellent customer experience.
**The role will be Primarily based in the office but Hybrid working can be discussed once training is complete.**
**Main Purpose of Role**
- To drive efficiency and performance and motivate and coach the team to deliver against clear hourly targets.
- To manage the required resource to fit the needs of the business on a rolling weekly basis
- To work closely with the client on site
- To help train the consultants and 'raise the bar' in terms of customer service within the business.
- Due to the needs of the business at time to time there may be a requirement to look after other projects and teams.

- The ability to stay focused, ensuring all core elements of the role are addressed methodically.
- Excellent analytical, decision making and problem solving abilities.
- The ability to prioritize workload.
- To ensure we deliver a consistently high quality of service whilst making sure that we comply with both Company and regulatory standards e.g. Data Protection, Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), Treating Customers Fairly (TCF)
- Excellent influencing and political skills.
- Conduct agreed reviews, coaching sessions, workshops and training to direct reports and Customer Experience consultants where appropriate.
The Inbound German Team Leader will report directly into the Account Manager, though will also work closely with the client's who will be based on site regularly.
**Salary**:£27,000
**Hours**:40 hours per week. Shifts generally rotate between 8am to 4.30pm, 11.30am -8pm or 1:30-10pm. Business opening hours & contracted hours are 8am to 10pm Monday to Sunday with a day of in Lieu during the week. It is critical that you are available to cover weekends when required by the business. The company reserves the right to change the working hours.
