**The Role**: Technical Delivery Lead - Data Science

**The Team**:
We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and skilled Technical Delivery Lead for Market Intelligence - Data Science. As a member of our team, the Technical Delivery Lead will work with the platforms team, partnering technology teams, product organization leadership to help execute and deliver the project roadmap for the near and long-term s trategic projects.

**The Impact**:
The Technical Delivery Lead role will work to create project oversight and team coordination. It is best suited for a "hands-on" person who enjoys teamwork, has product knowledge and project management experience, and a record of exercising indirect influence to get things done. This is an opportunity to get into the weeds with the data scientists and machine learning engineers to deliver value.

**Responsibilities**:
Create and manage a project plan for each phase and undertaking of project management.

Facilitate internal working groups with key stakeholders to determine and define the appropriate measures for our business delivery.

Manage and control changes to project scope, project timeline, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.

Communicate roadmaps, schedules, priorities, and status to internal leadership.

Anticipate, mitigate, and remove obstacles to project progress and maintain high levels of quality and performance.

Help coordinate the readiness plan, including technology and staffing needs, to execute across each of the key touchpoints in a coordinated fashion.

Establish and maintain open and clear lines of team communication to facilitate status transparency

Facilitate Team Events including Daily Stand-ups, Iteration Planning, Refinement sessions, Iteration Reviews, and Retrospectives.

**What We’re Looking For**:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college

5 + years of related experience in a project or program management role and problem-solving experience

Demonstrated ability to drive influence without authority.

Demonstrated critical thinking skills and curiosity to ensure and continue to purs ue excellence and efficiency.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment

Strong organization, administration, and interpersonal skills

Maintain a high level of attention to detail

Strong communication skills, including oral, written, and presentation

**Nice to Have Qualifications**:
Familiarity and/or enthusiasm with Data Science / Machine Learning is a plus

Experience working in cloud computing environments such as AWS or Azure

Experience in Databricks, SnowFlake

Certified SAFe Scrum Master or other relevant SAFE or Scrum/Agile certifications

Experience in financial markets and/or banking
