**TECHNICAL DELIVERY LEAD**
**OVERVIEW**:
A technical delivery lead is responsible for the integration of technical solutions to improve business operations and maximize the efficiency and productivity of the staff. Technical delivery lead reviews business requirements and strategize methods with cost-efficienttechniques and high-quality standards. They also coordinate with the project management team to establish processes that would minimize delays and generate more revenue resources. A technical delivery lead must have excellent communication and technical skills,especially in identifying areas of improvement and presenting multiple alternative plans for production issues.
**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Translate complex business requirements into the design, configuration and deployment of NEC Housing modules and solutions to quality and time deadlines as defined within the IHMS Project.
- Lead on the design and development of the advanced configuration of NEC system tools including Communications Suite, Housing Online and CRM.
- Work with stakeholders to prepare realistic plans, including delivery timelines, quality, risk and communications plans.
- Lead small projects teams, motivating individuals, encouraging collaborative working and monitoring performance within agreed tolerances.
- Identifies and manages the planning of resources, tasks, timelines and critical paths as necessary for all stages of systems development projects, ensuring that technical, financial and quality targets are met.
- Specifies and develops test scenarios to test those new/updated processes deliver improved ways of working for the end user at the same time as delivering efficiencies and planned business benefits.
- Records and analyses action and results and maintains a defect register.
- Promote the use of business systems and solutions, spreading good practise throughout the Department.
