**Where does this role fit within Ted's Team?**
- Within this role you will be responsible for allocating stock to the stores, running weekly reports, working closely with the wider merchandising and buying teams and liaising with the warehouse in regards to stock deliveries.
- Working within the retail division of the business as part of a strong team consisting of allocators, assistant merchandisers and a senior merchandising team.

**Main responsibilities**
- Supporting the outlet team at Ted Baker, covering all markets in UK, Europe and North America
- Running weekly reports to support the team including Monday trade packs
- Analysing, allocating and managing stock levels throughout the week and communicating good/poor performance to the team
- Daily communication with stores and the warehouse regarding stock and pricing
- Liasing with buying & production to support the critical path
- Being part of the team responsible for building store packages for new store launches.
- Working cross-functionally with full price and concession counterparts to share knowledge and best practice
- Actioning any price or product code changes on AX and issuing new labels to all stores
- Working with the ecom team to ensure stock is launched on time and is available to the customer
- Supporting the wider team running data and populating reports
- Visiting stores to learn about the Ted customer and considering continuous improvement possibilities in our ways of working

- Entry Level - No experience required but some retail knowledge and experience is preferred

- AX - No experience required - training as and when required
