Working with some of the biggest names in the industry, this exciting pioneer in energy and financial solutions, has made it very clear that their rapid expansion is not over - in fact the business has committed to a significant head count increase and arelooking for a talented Risk Market Data Analyst to join their team of passionate and highly-skilled technology professionals in being responsible for the daily provision of quality assured market data for the coordination of the end of day process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Be responsible for the daily provision of quality assured market data and for the coordination of the end of day process.
- Provide market data on a daily execution and make sure the data is in good shape
- Coordinating the end of the day for the Risk team for reporting
- Defining and changing the process and data follows and change processes
- Support the daily market data process in line with the shift model
- Interact with desk-facing risk teams & front-office
- Calculate historical volatilities and correlation updates
- Analyse market data and create regular market data reports
- Implement process enhancement initiatives and projects

**Key Requirements**:

- Degree in Economics or Finance or relevant practical experience
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and information
- General knowledge of the risk process framework as well as market data
- Quality assurance and management process would be beneficial
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Willingness to learn Python for data analysis purposes
