We are looking to recruit a Customer Services Administrator to join our busy team to help us provide a high standard of customer experience throughout their journey with us.
What you will be doing:
To provide a high level of customer service with the aim of improving the customer experience and thereby maximising customer footfall, material volumes, quality, and margin.
- Act as the first-line contact for in-bound calls to local EMR businesses, dealing with enquiries where possible
- Able to maximise the business opportunity resulting from the enquiries, asking the right questions
- Effectively engage and educate customers on EMR’s offering
- Communicating with Commercial team and lead generators to maximise business opportunity
- Use of CRM system to maintain accurate records of customer contact
- Updating, qualifying & re-qualifying existing data within the CRM
- Ad hoc administration tasks
- Provision of a level of holiday cover for commercial administrators and lead generators
About you:
- Good listening, written and verbal communication skills (essential)
- Prior experience of providing a high level of commercially-focussed customer service
- Previous experience of working in a busy office environment
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Use of CRM system
