As a CRM Campaign Production Assistant, you will assist the CRM Campaign Production Manager in the continuous scheduling and monitoring of activities related to customer outbound campaign activities and weekly cadence deployment actions carried out in our Decisioning Platform.

**The difference you’ll make.**
- Operating the batch campaign scheduling engine tool to efficiently run all required outbound campaigns.
- Assisting the CRM Production Manager and 3rd party’s on delivering the daily broadcasting of campaign output files (across multiple outbound channels).
- Identifying run-time issues and working with the technical teams to report and resolve as appropriate.
- Maintaining a library of tracking/analysis workbooks to record and monitor daily volumes and performance statistics.
- Running and maintaining the production environment simulation reports and constraints process to support the weekly campaign deployment cadence activities.

**What you'll bring**
- Advanced level knowledge of MS Office Suite including Excel & PowerPoint
- Problem solving and analytical experience.

**It would also be nice for you to have.**
- Technical knowledge of campaign management software (e.g., SAS/PEGA/Salesforce)
- Campaign management software experience: 1+ years
- Experience in using collaborative tools.
- Aware of 'Agile' culture"

We will be conducting all interviews via MS team.

This is a Site Based Contract with a Hybrid Working Pattern in Milton Keynes
