Machine Setter

Tranquil Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for Machine Setters for a valued client of ours in Peterlee.

In return they offer full training (although some mechanical knowledge would be beneficial), good rates of pay when fully trained, regular overtime and company benefits including pension, life insurance and private health care.

**Role responsibilities include**
- Running bespoke envelopes machines to capacity.
- Achieving the required machine speeds whilst maintaining quality of product.
- Adjusting and setting the machines to reflect changes in envelope specifications.
- Maintaining all equipment to the required standard and reporting to the supervisor/manager any equipment requiring attention.
- Maintaining the machine and associated areas in a clean and tidy state at all times.
- Adhering to all health and safety standards.

**Hours of work**

Initial working pattern will be dayshift Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week for four weeks. After four weeks you will move onto shifts covering the six days we operate, this is managed by three 12 hour shifts, rotating days and nights.

**Salary**: £11.00-£14.80 per hour

Expected hours: 44.25 per week
