On offer in a great opportunity for an IT Service Desk Engineer to work in a growing team with 30+ IT professionals in an office full of approachable, knowledgeable IT specialists who would love to help you develop your skillset through their tailored trainingprogram, with the opportunity to progress in a company that like to promote from within.

In this role, the successful IT Service Desk Engineer will work alongside a dynamic helpdesk team to deliver a timely, professional, and friendly service. Your tasks will vary from managing and recording tech support tasks in NCI's Ticketing System, to techSupport of Windows Desktop, Microsoft 365, Backup Systems, Endpoint Security, Business Applications and Network infrastructure.

This role would suit someone with experience working on an IT Service Desk, looking to progress their career with a highly reputable Managed Service Provider, with the chance of progressing into a Senior IT Support positions.

**The Role**:

- Providing tech support and assistance via remote tools (RMM/PSA)
- Communicate to the customer the status of their ticket every step of the journey to completion
- Administration of Windows Server and Microsoft 365

**The Person**:

- Desktop support experience
- Use of service desk tools and software
- Good IT problem solving skills
