Cleansing Service Group Ltd is a nationwide award-winning waste management company specialising in the transport and disposal of both hazardous and non-hazardous waste. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Site Administrator to provide Maternity cover to join this national, award-winning company.

**Salary**:£26,249 per annum

**Location**:Middlesbrough, Teesside

**Role Type**:Maternity cover

**Hours**:40 hours per week

**Position**:
**Role Accountabilities**:

- Provide administrative support on a wide range of general administration tasks as required.
- Assist in the processing of orders from booking requests through to job confirmation.
- To input data into CSG’s in-house computer databases and other administrative computer systems
- Ensure customer confidentiality within all tasks.
- Liaise with the administration team to ensure cover is always provided, including periods of holidays and sickness for other office workers.
- Ensure compliance with the Group’s Health and Safety policy and behaviours.
- Demonstrate CSG performance behaviours.

**Requirements**:

- Strong attention to detail.
- Computer literate, experience of MS Office
- Excellent team working skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
- Experience within a similar sector would be desirable, however, is not essential.
- Formal qualifications to a minimum GCSE level
- Previous experience delivering a wide range of administration functions would be advantageous.
- Competence and aptitude to work as part of team in a fast-paced office environment
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organisation and with external customers.
- Experience of using a CRM System would be desirable, however is not essential as training will be given.
