**Up to 37 hours**

This is a great opportunity to join Coastline's People and Culture team as a Junior HR Advisor. Your day to day workload will involve providing basic advice and support on employee matters, such as sickness absence and wellbeing, flexible working requests and disciplinary and grievance support.

The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with conflicting demands and a varied workload, is vital. We believe the requirements of the role will be full time, so we are advertising for up to 37 hours per week (some degree of flexibility below this can be considered).

We operate an agile working environment with a mixture of home and office working, according to the needs of the business. We don't mind whether you're doing a similar role and are ready for change, a HR Administrator looking for the next step or newly qualified and seeking an entry role into the world of HR.
