Here at PGI, we are currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator to operate as an agent of change within our fast-paced Operations function. This is a business-critical role that will report directly to our Director of Operations.

**Who are PGI?**

We are global leaders in Cyber Security, Corporate Intelligence and Training. We specialise in managing digital risks that could negatively impact productivity, people, finances, assets and reputation. From disinformation campaigns and online hate speech to ransomware attacks and data theft, we support our clients to understand and proactively mitigate threats such as these to limit the impact.

**What is the role?**

This Project Coordinator position has two core focuses:

- Supporting the Director of Operations in maturing the delivery processes and delivery capabilities by becoming an agent of sustainable change within PGI.
- Overseeing the implementation of a new project base tracking and scheduling software - Vantage Point. The Project Coordinator will become a key user and will be involved in the training and change management for the Sales, Delivery and Finance functions using this new system in collaboration with the Exec team.

**Other responsibilities include but aren’t limited to**:

- Build a reporting framework which includes, but is not limited to, regular management reporting on utilisation, work left to schedule, capacity forecast and other required management reports.
- Facilitating and managing the Objective Setting process across the delivery organisation on a quarterly basis.
- Manage the overall implementation of project deliverables.

**What we’re looking for?**
- Experience supporting leaders in shaping strategic initiatives / complex projects through conception, planning and execution stages.
- Experience in implementing new tools and processes across an organisation with awareness of the change management required around this work
- Demonstrable experience of formal technical project management methodologies (preferably Agile).
- Experience working directly with customers at different levels, understanding their needs and translating them into actions.
- Proven capability of leading and developing teams and individuals
- Strong communication skills with an ability to connect with others and build relationships across multiple teams
- Ability to deliver results on deadlines

**Salary**: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
