**What You'll Bring**:
We are looking for a technician to come in an provide technical support services to TransUnion colleagues including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution and maintenance. This role is responsible for providing 2nd line End User Compute supportto internal users and clients coming into the building. This role is to be based at our brand new London office, liaising day to day with some of our most high profile clients. The EUC team are responsible for delivering and supporting end user IT equipment,technologies and services.

**Key Responsibilities**
- To support customers in the use and administration of TransUnion on-line and internal products and services
- Logging all incidents, requests and queries within the help desk system, ensuring the quality and consistency of information capture
- Investigate technical queries and provide regular updates where required
- Analyse/use investigation techniques to resolve queries
- Develop good working relationships with key contacts throughout the business/externally if required
- Maintain high levels of customer service
- Contribute to the continual improvement of the services provided
- Work within clearly defined standard operating procedures
- Work in a multi-disciplinary team to provide day to day 2nd line EUC technology support and support for technology projects.
- Document, maintain, improve standard processes for End-User Computing team
- Provide a high level of customer service across all aspects of the role.
- Analyse/use investigation techniques to resolve complex queries and issues.
- Resolving queries via a multitude of communication methods.
- Management and maintenance of IT equipment including stock ordering and provision of equipment to new starters
- Administration of desktop security software and deployment of security patches and vulnerability remediation.
- Support upskilling 1st line by providing knowledge articles and training where needed to improve service.
- Provide 2nd line technical support for End User Compute devices including: VDI, laptops, mobiles, peripherals.
- Day to day management of the ticket allocation in line with SLAs.

- Developing good working relationships with key contacts throughout the business
- Maintaining high level of customer service.
- Contributing to the continual service improvement initiatives.
- A point of escalation for complex queries
- Maintain a high technical standard for EUC technologies.
- Actively participate in project tasks.
- Work as part of a team or individuallydepending on the task in hand.
