We are looking for a Payroll Administrator who can assist in the production of the payroll process including input, checking, reconciliations of payments, BAC’s payment file, General Ledger files, expenses, sickness, printing of payslips, agreed monthlyreports, Payroll Year End processing and reconciliation

This is a part-time role working 20 hours per week (2.5 days) on a fixed-term contract until 30 September 2023.

**Key responsibilities & tasks**:

- Proven experience in payroll admin including using computerised payroll systems
- Knowledge of best practice and legislation in payroll
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literate using MS Office Suite
- Good numeracy skills, high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
- Ability to prioritise own work and achieve deadlines
- Experience in using Workday is desirable

**Benefits**:

- A salary of circa £25,000 per year, pro rata, depending on skills and experience
- 23 days holidays pro rata, (plus public holidays) closed between Christmas and New Year, so you are given another 3 days
- Hybrid work is available for this role.
