Boston Garage Equipment is one of the leading suppliers to the MOT and garage equipment industry, and we are looking for a new team member to assist with general office administration. We are an IT driven business and a good knowledge of the internet and Microsoft office products would be required. Existing experience with a previous customer management system and accounts software (Xero) will also be very useful.

Must have:

- Excellent written English and good use of grammar
- Confident in speaking with others and professional telephone manner
- Able to work carefully and with good attention to detail
- Punctual, polite and presentable essential
- Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred

Duties would include:

- To learn and understand the product range
- Primary call handler: Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Process day-to-day orders for equipment and spare parts
- Customer invoicing
- Booking equipment deliveries and arranging offloading at site
- Maintain organized physical and digital files
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Provide admin support to other departments
- Assisting the service department where necessary
- Assisting our national agents and distributors where necessary
- Other miscellaneous office duties as required

Pay: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
