GMP Recruitment are proud to be partnered with a highly reputable Legal Firm located in Cheltenham. We are currently supporting their recruitment for an Office Administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis, to take responsibility for the general administrative duties for their busy office.

If you are an experienced Legal Secretary we would be eager to hear from you - but we are looking for an individual that can demonstrate good **administration and communication skills.**
Office Administrator main duties:
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
- Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed, ensuring accurate messages are passed to relevant members.
- Preparing and sorting incoming and outgoing post and arranging collection / deliver of same, including, franking and couriers
- Assist as required with duties corresponding with the post such as filing, photocopying, faxing etc. to enable fee-earners to conduct their work more efficiently
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming office
- Copying and verifying ID for clients
- Perform other duties as assigned
Office Administrator desired skills and experience:
- Good interpersonal skills and smart appearance
- Good organisational skills and ability to deal with routine tasks without supervision
- Strong IT Skills
- Courteous, considerate and respectful to clients and other members of the team
- Solid communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
- Ability to organise, multitask, prioritise and work under pressure
This is a full time, permanent position, Monday - Friday, 35 hours a week.
