Experience Essential

Should Hold a Diploma in Health and Social Care Level 3 (NVQ) or be willing to work towards achieving this

Must be available for an early and late rota (0.7.00am-15.00pm and 16.00pm-23.00pm)

**Main Duties would include**:

- Carrying out spot checks for the carers.
- Completing Pre-care Assessments
- Supporting the Management team
- Completing Care Reviews
- Writing up care plans and risk assessments on Access
- Must be able to use Microsoft word, Basic Excel. (Support will be given)
- Supporting the care staff and our customers
- Liaising with health professionals such as GP’s, District nurses and Occupational therapists etc
- Completing supervisions and appraisals for the care staff.
- Back up weekend from 7am-11pm to cover sickness if required.
- To be part of the On Call management rota.
- Senior Carer experience is desirable but not essential as all training will be provided.
