**Equans is looking for a Junior Estimator to join our team in Hatfield. This is a permanent role working full time hours per week. On offer is a salary of up to £22,000 depending on skills and experience, as well as a benefits package.**

**This is a junior role therefor no relevant experience is necessary; we are looking for someone to join our team and work with us closely to understand our business with the enthusiasm to develop in their Estimating career. You will work in our Hatfield office with the team, then come September be given day release to study.**

**This role requires a minimum of 2 A levels 7-4 or A-C or Level 3 Qualification at Merit or Pass**

**What will you deliver?**

To assist in the establishment of accurate costs for a variety of tender bids prior to adjudication.

To partake and assist in site surveys, liaison with supply chain, meet various disciplines on site, liaison with consultants, chase quotations and evaluate received quotations.

Carry out take-off’s from drawings, establish quantities, generally assist the Estimating Department.

**Who are we looking for?**:

- Minimum of 2 A levels 7-4 or A-C or Level 3 Qualification at Merit or Pass
- Ability to use own initiative as well as working effectively as part of a team
- Develop leadership skills and the ability to effectively delegate as appropriate
- Good knowledge of Excel Skills
- Driving license
