**The Junior Digital Analyst will help to utilise and understand data and improve our customer journey and business decisions.**

**Main duties**
- **Using all available tools and data sources, carry out data analysis to provide insight into the performance of company websites.**:

- **Respond to ad hoc data requests to support the Digital Team**:

- **Analyse the results of A/B tests and provide recommendations for next steps**:

- **Support the Digital team and other users in their use of digital analytics and reporting tools**:

- **Create and update weekly and monthly reports**:

- **Align self to companies social and environmental mission and champion any actions that you can directly impact at all times.**

**Skills and Knowledge**
- Experience of working in ecommerce
- Strong use of excel
- Highly numerate with good attention to detail
- Experience of digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or similar.
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimisation and A/B testing.
- Experience of generating reports from various data sources to better understand customer insights.
- Enthusiastic about ecommerce and digital data analysis
- Confident about interpreting and understanding data
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to learn and develop skills
- Well organised with ability to prioritise
- Highly flexible and positive with the ability to collaborate
