Workshop Supervisor

We are looking for a motivated and skilled **Workshop Supervisor** to join our team in **Wellingborough.**

As the **Workshop Supervisor**, you will **manage a team** of workshop-based engineers to **ensure the high standard** of maintenance and repairs are carried out. You will use your **good level of professional communication** both internally with colleagues and customers alike. You must also **control the stores stocking levels**, environmental waste and **promote the correct H&S procedures**.

You will work **Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:30** and receive a **company van** for work use only.

**What will you do?**
- Complete or assign tasks to the team to ensure the engineering sections of the WPSR are kept up to date.
- Lead, coach and motivate the team of engineers and yard operatives to ensure the best level of internal and external customer service is provided, whilst regularly reviewing their performance and development needs.
- Carry out PDI inspections on all hire equipment leaving the depot to ensure high quality and standards throughout.
- Plan, organise and manage the workshop to meet the business needs and customer requirements for products and equipment.

You will be provided with full workwear and PPE and provided with a full induction on entry to your new position, which will cover everything from health and safety to the ins and outs of your new role.
