About the Role
  • Job Summary: Deliver efficient repairs and scheduled maintenance for heavy-duty engines.
  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Apply documented procedures and policies to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
    • Inspect and clean engines and components to maintain high-quality standards.
    • Assist with documentation and record-keeping to ensure accurate warranty claims and quality control.
    • Complete training and stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and technologies.
    • Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to Health, Safety & Environmental policies and procedures.
    • Report any issues or incidents to supervisors and support colleagues in completing tasks efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in using electronic service tools and strong understanding of mechanical principles.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to follow documented service procedures meticulously and complete all work accurately.
  • Safety Compliance: Understanding of safe work procedures, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Effective Communication: Skills in creating and verifying service documentation and escalating technical issues effectively.
