Communication is a key part of this role and the ideal applicant should be confident, friendly and helpful, we need someone who can work well within a team and not shy away from answering phones and can work calmly when under pressure.

The role will include;
Answer phones politely and professionally

Assist the Office manager with opening job cards

Raise orders for parts and goods

Generate Invoices

Assist with other administrative duties as necessary

Represent the company in a positive way

Accurately input information on company systems, ensuring attention to detail

Good IT literacy, e.g. Microsoft Office etc

A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Excellent attention to detail

Excellent communication skills

Ability to get to work under their own steam

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: From £5.25 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
