Our client based in Huntingdon is seeking an Engineer Coordinator to join them on a full time permanent basis working a 40 hour working week Monday to Friday 8am-4.45pm or 9.15am-6.00pm pm an advanced rota basis. This role will offer hybrid working followingcompletion of successful probationary period (3 days in the office, 2 days from home)

**Responsibilities**

As Engineer Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

- Liaising with customers following a successful claim to arrange technicians to attend their properties for works to be undertaken.
- Planning technician diaries and workloads
- Making outbound calls to customers to arrange suitable appointment times
- Respond to and resolve customer queries
- Attend occasional customer visit
- During peak periods you may assist in taking business overflow calls to meet SLA's.

**Skills required**

To be considered for the Engineer Coordinator position, you will have experience of:

- Managing engineer / technician diaries or similar
- Allocating workloads
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- The ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload.
- You will live in and have a good knowledge of the Newcastle areas.

**Benefits**
