NJR Recruitment are delighted to bring an excellent opportunity to market for a New Business Account Handler to join a highly reputable North West insurance brokerage in the Stockport area.

As New Business Account Handler, you will provide an excellent level of support to the wider Account and Development Executive team on prospects and new business opportunities. You will be an integral member of the team, being a key source of support for the sales function.

This is a great opportunity for somebody that has commercial insurance experience and prides themselves on providing an excellent level of support.

This is a hybrid-working role where you will be split between working from home and their offices in Stockport.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing a first-class level of support to the Development team, in respect of their new business prospects.
- Inputting data into Acturis with a high degree of accuracy for prospects and new business and assisting with the production of client reports in Acturis.
- Ensuring that everything is managed accurately prior to allocation to the broking team.

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Prior experience of working in commercial insurance role is essential, as well as having a good understanding of a range of commercial products.
- Acturis knowledge and experience would be ideal, albeit not an essential requirement.
- Excellent communication skills, both in a verbal and written manner.
- Be extremely organised, able to manage your time efficiently and effectively.
- Good administrative and business support skills, able to input data accurately with a keen eye for detail.
