A picturesque location in the heart of the countryside which is commutable from Swindon, Oxford and surrounding areas. You willown the finance function whilst being a key contributor to decision making process with senior non-finance leaders whilst reporting the numbers up to group

This is a great step for somebody looking to manage a small finance team with ownership and autonomy, you will be a qualified accountant with experience in the SME world and a rounded skillset. A keen eye for process improvement and ability to develop acollaborative and valued finance function will see you excel with this business.

This role will be paying between £60k and £70k per annum with excellent people focused benefits including hybrid working and a 9 day working fortnight

**Finance Manager Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Production of monthly management accounts including KPI reporting and providing results to group finance
- Prepare the monthly P&L and cashflow forecast
- Balance sheet review and reconciliations
- Partner with key non finance stakeholders to provide tangible management information and analysis; looking at areas of cost control, margin analysis, overheads and much more
- Mentor and develop a small finance team
- Qualified by ACCA/ACA/CIMA or equivalent
- Strong business partnering experience with non-finance stakeholders
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills: data manipulation and analysis
- SME experience essential, desire to be hands on as well as strategic
