I am working for an established SME based in West Oxfordshire to recruit a Financial Controller. A picturesque location in the heart of the countryside which is commutable from Swindon, Oxford and surrounding areas.

This is great for somebody looking to manage a small finance team. You will need to be a qualified accountant with a keen eye for process improvement. They are paying in the region of £350 per day with hybrid working and a 9 day working fortnight

**Finance Manager Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Production of monthly management accounts including KPI reporting and providing results to group finance
- Prepare the monthly P&L and cashflow forecast
- Balance sheet review and reconciliations
- Partner with key non finance stakeholders to provide tangible management information and analysis; looking at areas of cost control, margin analysis, overheads and much more
- Mentor and develop a small finance team
- Qualified by ACCA/ACA/CIMA or equivalent
- Strong business partnering experience with non-finance stakeholders
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills: data manipulation and analysis
- SME experience
