We pride ourselves with our highly trained caregivers to help young adults or support to the elderly to enjoy life in the comfort of their homes. All our carers are compassionate and dedicated to providing our clients with the best care possible. We provide a person-centered approach to caregiving assistance that allows our clients to pick and choose the best homecare plan/service that they desire.

We provide caregivers for a few hours per week up to 24 hours per day. All our homecare staff are properly screened prior to them being employed. We also ensure that they have the skills, training, and compassion necessary to carry out their duties.

Job Title: Support Worker

We are looking for compassionate, empathetic, and caring people to join our team in making a genuine difference to the lives of others. We ask that our support workers have the right to work in the UK AND have previous experience within healthcare or with caring for a loved one.

**Duties**:

- Provide support and assistance to individuals with physical or intellectual disabilities
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration
- Promote independence and encourage individuals to participate in social and recreational activities
- Monitor and document individual progress and behavior
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for individuals

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Our work isn't just about providing physical support, many of our service users live alone as an alternative to a residential care home and rely on seeing a friendly face each day to support their emotional wellbeing.

We ask our support workers to commit to working alternate weekends. 24 hour sits, night shifts and live-in carer opportunities also available.

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
