Store Team Members at Home Bargains cover a range of store duties including customer service, stock replenishment, cash handling and helping to maintain excellent store standards.

Minimum Criteria To Apply
- Demonstrate a good understanding of customer service
- Experience of cash handling and working in a retail environment
- Experience of manual handling and stock replenishment
- Hardworking and reliable
- Polite and professional

About The Company
TJ Morris Limited trading as Home Bargains is a privately owned family run discount retailer selling top brands at the lowest possible price on the UK high street.
Having started 45 years ago in Liverpool our customers continue to be at the heart of everything we do and throughout our 550 stores we have over 5 million customers each week.
With plans to increase our store portfolio to 1,000 stores throughout the UK we are a fast-paced retailer opening 50 stores a year (nearly one every weekend) - and we wouldn't have it any other way
Package
- 5.6 weeks paid holiday per year including bank and public holiday allowance rising to 6.6 weeks upon 5 years' service

Store Team Member rates of pay are dependent on age, and range from £5.93 per hour for 16-17 year olds, £7.55 per hour for 18-20 year olds, £8.97 per hour for 21-22 and £9.22 per hour for those 23 and over.
Available contracted hours are 8 hours per week on weekends.
