**What’s on Offer?**
- A base salary of £33,000 per annum with an OTE of £45,000

**Key** **Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance DCBL and DCB Legal’s brand awareness and reputation.
- Actively manage social media platforms, creating engaging content, tracking metrics, and reporting on campaign performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify PR opportunities and align PR strategies with marketing objectives.
- Write and distribute press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials to generate media coverage.
- Identify opportunities to enhance brand visibility and reputation through media relations and industry events.
- Monitor media coverage and industry trends, and report on PR campaign performance.
- Support the marketing team on various projects as required.

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in PR or corporate communications.
- Demonstrable experience running PR campaigns
- Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong media relations skills and experience.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in social media management and monitoring tools.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience in PR, corporate communications, or content marketing, preferably within a service industry.
- Experience of working with creative/design agencies is an advantage.
