**Job responsibilities of a recruiter**
- Sourcing professionals in the healthcare industry for placements around the UK from a variety of platforms such as Linkedin, social media forums, internal database, headhunting, referrals etc.
- Successfully drive sales and margin growth, working closely with the Team Leader to achieve team targets.
