Agricar Limited is a successful family-owned agricultural business with sites throughout Scotland. Established in 1986 it now employs 115 staff. We are market leaders in agriculture, ground care and homeowner products, holding the market leading New Holland franchise along with many other brands.

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our dedicated accounts and admin team. Are you an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual? Agricar are looking for an Office Administrator based at our head office in Forfar. This is a fantastic opportunity to acquire a position within a successful business on a full-time basis.
- Reception, answering telephones and attending to incoming enquiries
- Monitoring and ordering office stationery supplies
- Dealing with outgoing mail
- Travel bookings for the group
- Entering of Purchase Ledger invoices
- Maintenance of vehicle records
- General office duties which include scanning, filing, and typing appraisals
- Holiday cover for Purchase Ledger & Sales Ledger
- Other administrative tasks as required
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Proactive attitude
- IT Skills, including excel and word
- Previous experience in similar role would be preferable

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £18,000.00 per year
