We’re currently looking for an Inbound/Outbound Sales Advisor, where you’ll be championing world class customer service by dealing with inbound sales enquiries - making sure to upsell and cross-sell wherever possible.

As part of the dedicated ProService Sales Team, you’ll be working with customers from a variety of sources where you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment and push to continually hit targets through your sales techniques.

This role offers plenty of opportunity for growth and development, giving you a chance to gain invaluable insight into multiple facets of HSS, and allowing you to reach your full potential.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Conducting outbound calls with clients who we identify as being able to upsell to
- Raise contracts and administer customer orders with attention to detail to ensure we prevent queries, invoice issues and disputes at the front end of the transaction
- Work with our operations teams and those of our re-hire partners in a calm and collected way to ensure customers get the equipment they need when they need it
- Effectively cross-sell, upsell and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, introducing customers to new and innovative products and educating them about the full product and service offer across our divisions
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPI’s such as revenue, profitability, call volumes and quality, talk time, data enrichment

- Experience of inbound and outbound telesales or telemarketing, with a proven track record of achieving results by building relationships and using a consultative approach - Professional and effective all-round communication and telephone skills to build relationships and ensure expectations are met
