Acorn by Synergy is seeking a motivated, enthusiastic and dedicated Warehouse Administrator, with experience in a similar role for our well-established client based in Brockworth, Gloucester. Your time will be split between the office and the warehouse and therefore you must be comfortable and capable of working in both environments.

This is a full-time permanent position.

Office duties & responsibilities:

- Supporting a team within the sales and customer services area
- Experience of working with SAGE (desirable not essential)
- Responsible for raising invoices and order documentation
- Shipment of orders
- Taking payments
- Being first point of contact for all customers regarding queries
- Process purchase and sales orders
- Managing stock levels

Warehouse duties & responsibilities:

- Picking and packing multiple items
- Loading and unloading containers
- Repacking items
- Stock taking
- Keeping the warehouse clean

**Requirements**:

- Experience of working in an office / admin / customer service
- Comfortable and able to work in the warehouse
- Must be numerate
- Excellent attention to detail

Hours and Salary:

- Normal hours of work are 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday (occasional changes to these hours may be required during busy period)
- One weekend away per year to attend a trade market.
- £21,000 to £22,000 per annum dependent on experience.
- 21 days holiday plus bank holidays.
