**Aqura LTD is a small cleaning company based at Hawkchurch Resort and Spa. We focus on cleaning lodges to exceptional standard. We as a company are professional, social and challenging.**

Our goal at **Aqura LTD** is to find a new supervisor to join our team who is available Mondays and Fridays 8:15am until finish (between 3pm and 6pm). We also offer Saturdays occasionally.
- Full training is provided.
- Uniform provided.

As a **Supervisor** you will be responsible for supervising and training employees to ensure they're engaged; motivated, performing at their best and working safely. The supervisor is accountable for the teams results and quality of work, including output, efficiency and turnover. The supervisor will also be overseeing work related processes and operational activities, keeping on top of the current trends in the industry and striving to provide the highest level of customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise staff and delegate assignments
- Supevise and support staff
- Handle employee grievances and disputes
- Evaluate performance
- Complete paperwork on staff members' performance of their duties
- Keep an eye on staff, ensuring that they are doing their jobs effectively
