**Shift patterns**:Any 5 out of 7 - including weekends between 6:00am and 22:00pm
**Location**:Harlow - CM20 2DW

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking an Transport Operative to play a vital role ensuring smooth-running of all transport scheduled activities.

**WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?**

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will;
- Contact customers about delivery issues, raise incident reports and agree corrective actions
- Daily brief and de-brief of drivers
- Produce accurate daily and weekly KPI's ensuring they are distributed on time
- Manage team members including performance review, performance management and learning and development

**WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?**
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Office)
- Must have Admin experience
- **MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE ON MICROSOFT OFFICE, EXCEL AND OUTLOOK**:

- Able to communicate at all levels, internally and externally
